No, the current "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" RTSP/RTP server code does 
not read ".mp4"-format files, and therefore does not use 'hint tracks'.

It does this using the "MPEG4ESVideoRTPSink" class (and its parent 
classes, "MultiFramedRTPSink" and "RTPSink").
