The Darwin Streaming Server requires that all streamed files (".mov" 
or ".mp4") first be 'hinted' - i.e., be pre-processed to add a new 
'hint track' that describes how the file's data is packed into 
outgoing RTP packets.  From what I can tell (and this has nothing to 
do with the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" code, because we don't use 
hint tracks), the easiest way to 'hint' a file for the Darwin 
Streaming Server is to use the QuickTime Pro player.
