[Live-devel] transport stream cleaner app?

Hello, all ...

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any utility (for *nix and Windows) 
that will take a transport stream as input and do the following:

1. reset any discontinuity indicators (except the first one)
2. renumber the discontinuity counter to be sequential
3. correct any MPEG2 timestamps

The idea is to run this tool on a file created by concatenating a bunch 
of transport streams together (*nix cat comment, for instance), and 
make it appear as one long TS.  Has anyone any knowledge of tools that 
would do this for us?
