I'm sure I didn't do this the best way, but I created a new class
H264VideoStreamFUAFramer (derived from FramedFilter) that takes NAL Units as
input and outputs fragmented (FU-A) NAL Unit types.

Any details? Were you able to use the existing
"MultiFramedRAATPSink" code, or did you have to modify it?
