[Live-devel] How to slow down the RTP packets sent by server

Hi,

Is it possible to slow down the rate of RTP packets sent by server
(test*Streamer)  by using RTCP Instance of client (test*Receiver) .

If yes could somebody please tell me the starting hint/point.
