Can you say some more about what this means?  In particular, do you 
want to make a recording of your (encoded) live video source, at the 
same time that you're streaming it?  What about audio?  Which codecs 
are being used for video (and audio, if appropriate)?

Also, do you plan on recording video even if no clients are currently 
receiving it?
