[Live-devel] WAV files extension

Hello,

during my development I slightly modified WAVAudioFileServerMediaSubsession
and WAVAudioFileSource classes to support PCMU/PCMA content.
If you are interested in such option, please use attached patch.
(Sorry - I am not familar with diff/patch software, so just sending modified
files in ZIP.)
