The problem seems to be with the client code that decodes and plays 
the AMR stream - *not* with the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code.

The reason for this is that if you 'play' the stream using 
"openRTSP", and rename the resulting file "audio-AMR-2" to 
"test.amr", then this file can be played, successfully, by QuickTime Player.
