I think you are misunderstanding what the "openRTSP" application 
does.  It merely writes the incoming data into a file.  It does not 
decode the data, or display it on the screen.

Instead, you want a RTSP/RTP client media player application - such 
as VLC <http://www.videolan.org/vlc>, which uses the "LIVE555 
Streaming Media" libraries.  (Note that the prebuilt binary versions 
of VLC for the PocketPC do *not* include the LIVE555 code; you would 
need to build your own version of VLC that includes this.)
