[Live-devel] Converting PS- (VOBs) to TS files

I dont know if its part of the standard - I dont have it. Maybe I gave 
it the wrong name "substream".
However it is a reality in DVD program streams (which i have been told 
are also not 100%  program
streams as defined by the standard)...
