Sorry, but at this point I don't know what to suggest.

If you upgrade to version 2006.01.04 or later of the "LIVE555 
Streaming Media" code, and rebuild "testOnDemandRTSPServer", then it 
should send a RTCP "BYE" packet after it reaches the end of a MPEG 
elementary stream file.  This will tell the client to end (and print 
QOS statistics).
