Why didn't you just use our RTSP server implementation?  E.g., our 
"testMPEG4VideoStreamer" demo application will stream a MPEG-4 Video 
Elementary Stream file via multicast; "testOnDemandRTSPServer" will 
stream a MPEG-4 Video Elementary Stream file (and several other kinds 
of file) via unicast.
