[Live-devel] Could I Stream MPEG4 to Cell Phon?

Dear All.
I try to use testOnDemandRTSPServer streaming server streaming m4v file to cell phone via GPRS.
And then I try to take the stream by PacketVideo.(Sony Erricison P910i)
But It told me "MDS server can not access".
Did I do it right???
