Is this board running Linux?  (It appears so, based on the compiler 
tool names that you listed.)  If so, then you should be able to 
create your own "config.nios2" file (e.g., using the existing 
"config.armlinux" file as a model), and then run "genMakefiles 
nios2", and then "make".
