[Live-devel] Streaming ADTS AAC in LATM format

Hello,

Currently Live packetizes ADTS AAC as per RFC 3640 (MPEG-4 Generic). How can
I write code to packetize it as per RFC 3016 (LATM)?

Live has a LATM RTP Sink but no LATM File Source. Can you give some details
as to how to do it? Specially the config part?
