[Live-devel] about the openrtsp

hello,I used the openrtsp to get record from a server,and I get the file 1.mp4 and 1.avi,but the file could not be streaming by the helix server(apply corp.),
I think it is because there is no index in the file 1.mp4 or 1.avi.
how can I do now! thanks!
