[Live-devel] UDP port question

In the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" demo application, the TCP is used to initial
handshake and UDP is transmit video/audio data.

At the same time, I find the TCP port is fixed and the UDP port will have
the dissimilarity according to the client.

Can the UDP port fix same ?

How to do ?
