[Live-devel] problems with in_rtp.dll

About the (publically-accessible) server, the problem CAN NOT be tested 
there. To reproduce the problem you have to use a non existing rtsp:// url. 
Suppose I Add an URL which doesn't exist: something like

rtsp://foo:5555/fooTest

the add works properly, but when I double-click the url in the playlist or 
when I press the Play button, winamp shuts down, writing in stderr the error 
I posted before. Try adding this example in winamp playlist, and 
double-click that URL in the playlist...
