Oops - I'd forgotten about that client.  No, there's no way to make 
it ask for RTP-over-TCP streaming.

There's unlikely to be any future development of the "in_rtp.dll" 
Winamp plugin.  Please use the VLC <http://www.videolan.org/vlc/> 
media player instead.  It's far superior to Winamp: it plays *many* 
more media types (and many more types of RTSP/RTP stream), and it's 
open source.
