[Live-devel] Compiling Live.com with Visual Studio 2003

I am attempting to compile the live libraries using Visual Studio 2003.

When I am trying to generate the makefiles using the genWindowsMakefiles I
keep getting an error saying that a Makefile could not be found.

I am attempting to run the genWindowsMakefiles.cmd from the Windows commands
shell.
