Any standard RTSP client will work - for example, VLC 
<http://www.videolan.org/vlc/> or QuickTime Player.  (VLC can also be 
built from source code.)  You can also use our command-line RTSP 
client "openRTSP" <http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/>
