[Live-devel] Problem with GroupsockHellper.cpp

With the latest version of live555 (Oct 07 2006) on Windows XP, all outgoing
datagrams have a TTL (Time-to-Live) value of 1, which won't work across the
Internet.

I noticed that at around line # 77 in GroupsockHelper.cpp, the #ifdef
WINDOZE were removed causing the calls to setsockopt(REUSEPORT) and
(IP_MULTICAST_LOOP) to be called. When I comment-out these calls, the TTL
value is set to 128 on outgoing unicast datagrams.
