[Live-devel] can't open rtsp with openRTSP

Note that "openRTSP" is a RTSP client, but it is not a media player. 
It receives data, but does not do any audio or video decoding on the 
received data.

If you look at the received file "audio-MPA-1", you'll see that it 
contains MP3 data.  You can rename this file  - e.g., to "output.mp3" 
- and then play it using a media player.
