Yes - the RTSP client code should be looking at the "Content-Base:" 
header, but currently doesn't (because, for most streams, it's not 
needed).  This is the first stream I've seen where it's important.

I'll fix this (although, unfortunately, the server in question seems 
to be stuck behind a firewall, so I can't use it for testing).
