I think (hope) you meant to say that you changed the name of
"video-MPV-1" to "test.mpg". But even that won't work (see below).

The problem is that the file "video-MPV-1" that openRTSP recorded is
a MPEG Video *Elementary* Stream - i.e., a video-only stream - *not*
a MPEG Program Stream.
To stream this using "testOnDemandRTSPServer", you will need to
rename it as "testv.mpg", and use the "rtsp:// ...
/mpeg1or2ESVideoTest" URL. Then, it should work.
