Hi Rajesh,

I think that it is MPEG-2 TS. I am not sure because it is a broadcast 
from a french Internet/TV provider named "Free" (http://www.free.fr). I 
receive RTSP MPEG2 from it and I save broadcast to disk with OpenRTSP. 
If you want, I can send you a small file (few seconds of video < 1MB).
