[Live-devel] liveMedia cmake file

Hey all,

Attached is a patch that adds a number of CMakeLists.txt files to the
liveMedia library that can be used to build the library with CMake. 
I only tested it on Linux but it should work on most Unix systems. Mac
and Windows are also supported but they might need some tuning. 

Since the files don't remove or change anything i hope they can be added
and with time, when every supported platform works correct, replace the
current Makefile hacks.
