To do this, you would modify (or extend) the "H264VideoFileSink" class.

"H264VideoRTPSource" represents a source of H.264 RTP packets (i.e., 
coming in from the Internet).  "H264VideoRTPSink" represents H.264 
RTP packets that are being transmitted to the Internet.
