It's called by "FramedSource::getNextFrame()", which in turn is 
called by the downstream object - in this case a 
"MPEG4VideoStreamFramer".

For the "testMPEG4VideoStreamer" application, the data flows through 
the following chain of objects (classes):
	ByteStreamFileSource -> MPEG4VideoStreamFramer -> MPEG4ESVideoRTPSink
