Both "openRTSP" and "VLC" (and "QuickTime Player") play the stream OK for me.

Perhaps you're stuck behind a firewall that is (for whatever reason) 
blockig RTP packets?

You could try again with the "-t" option to "openRTSP", to request 
RTP-over-TCP streaming.
