The problem is that your file had file name extension ".MP3".  For 
the LIVE555 Media Server to recognize it, it must instead have file 
name extension ".mp3" - i.e., lower case.

Therefore, you should rename your file to "NEEL.mp3", and you will be 
able to stream it.
