The "DynamicRTSPServer" class was written specifically for use by the 
"LIVE555 Media Server" application.  Because this is 
application-specific rather than generic functionality, it probably 
won't get added to the "liveMedia" library.  However you are, of 
course, free to use it within your own application(s).
