The names should be self-explanatory.

The audio stream uses the "audio/MPEG4-GENERIC" MIME type - i.e., AAC 
audio over RTP.

The video stream uses the "video/MPEG4-ES" MIME type - i.e., MPEG-4 
(Elementary Stream) video over RTP.
