Thanks for following up on this.

Perhaps, although such a 'fix' will break in the future, when the 
Cygwin header files start defining "ip_mreq_source" themselves.  I'll 
probably go ahead and do this, though, and add a comment asking 
people to notify us by email when it breaks :-)
