Read the FAQ.

Your file is probably a MPEG Program Stream, rather than a MPEG Video 
Elementary Stream.  You can still stream this, but (if you're running 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer") using the file name "test.mpg" rather than 
"testv.mpg".
