Perhaps.  Perhaps your server supports only a Microsoft-specific 
non-standard variant ot RTSP?

What happens when you run our "openRTSP" command-line client (with 
the "-V" option, to generate verbose output)?  (See 
<http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/>)
