[Live-devel] the question about testOnDemandRTPServer

Dear list menbers,
Now I want to know the runing sequence of teh testOnDemandRTPServer. When the media server is ready,then the client or the video playing client using the command 
rtsp://192.168.1.70:8554/mpeg4ESVideoTest
to pay the video stream.
I want to kown when the client give the command the, which program will be run to send the video data.thank you!
