You will have to ask a JMF mailing list.  The "live555MediaServer" is 
a standards-compliant RTSP/RTP server, so any standard RTSP/RTP 
client should be able to play from it.

Unfortunately this is not the right mailing list for someone who 
wants to develope a client in Java.
