Does it work OK for you if you *don't* make any changes to the code?? 
The supplied application code (for "testMPEG4VideoStreamer") is there 
for a reason - it works.

Anyway, the best way to stream via unicast is to use 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer" (or "live555MediaServer").
