None of those three things makes any sense.  1/ The bit rate depends 
upon the file that you're streaming (the data streams at the same 
rate that data would be consumed if the file were played locally). 
2/ There is no inherent limit on the number of client connections 
(any such limit would be a property of your OS and/or your network, 
not the application).  And 3/ the IP address that the server sends to 
is that of the client.
