[Live-devel] RTP but no RTCP VS UDP

Hi,   I think UDP has more efficent if I run RTP without RTCP, hasn't it?    Now I can stream raw-H.264 stream, the stream has no containers like ts. I found VLC couldplay it online by using RTSP. But if I save the stream on my harddisk, Vlc cannot play the file, why?       Thank you!
