[Live-devel] Problem for Trick Play mode streaming

The problem here is VLC; it currently does not perform/handle 'trick 
play' operations properly.

Fortunately, this is a known problem, and the VLC developers are 
working on it.  A future version of VLC - probably Real Soon Now - 
should fix this problem.
