Yes i am able to play the file using vlc.
 but is there any way to track the problem.

 In "DESCRIBE" response the payload type is seen as 14 for MPA but
 while actual "sendto" call data is sent with payload type "dynamic" for
audio only and not the video.

Are you able to play your stream using VLC as a client?  (If so, then
there is nothing wrong with your stream.)
