[Live-devel] RTP/RTSP Streaming Trouble

I'm working on getting a non-proprietary video stream for your access.
However, in the meantime this is the primary message that's shown in
VLC's message area during playback of one of the culprit video files:

main warning: PTS is out of range (38474978), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (38438112), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (39183112), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (39942378), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (40608512), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (41337656), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (41925789), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (42888923), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (43477056), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (44878189), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (45028323), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (45616467), dropping buffer
main warning: PTS is out of range (46735600), dropping buffer
main warning: late picture skipped (47056645)

It seems to print this message for every picture.  Have you seen this
before?
