I suspect (although am not 100% sure) that this is the same RTSP 
server issue that Peter Leese identified last month.

I'm hoping to include a fix in the next release of the software 
(probably sometime later this month).

In the meantime, you may be able to overcome the problem by using a 
different RTSP client.  What RTSP client do you use now?  (I don't 
think the VLC client will trigger this problem.)
