[Live-devel] can't stream - unsupported RTSP server error

I have a MPEG-1 or 2 Program Stream file (with file name suffix ".mpg"). I 
tried it, same error. 

When I ran the server, since it is executible, I ran it by entering 
/root/livemediaserver
but the video clip (video2.mpg) is saved in /root/share

How should run mplayer rtsp://server
should I 
mplayer rtsp://server/share/video2.mpg
or
mplayer rtsp://server/video2.mpg
