    Hi Ross,
    We are taking TV channel signal into Capture card and output of capture
    card is fed into Helix mobile Producer.
    Instead of Helix Mobile Producer can we use RTSP Server of Live555 to Process the TV channel Data.


  You will need an encoder to compress the software (e.g., into MPEG-4 or H.264) before you feed it into the server.


  But once you've done that, it's possible - with a little extra coding - to stream such data using our server.  For some more details, see the FAQ.
