Yes.

Your RTSP client needs to explicitly send this request - by calling 
"RTSPClient::tearDownMediaSession()" or 
("RTSPClient::tearDownMediaSubsession()").  Note that "openRTSP" will 
send this request at the end of time specified by the "-d <duration>" 
option, or at the end of any duration specified by by the server (in 
it's SDP description returned in response to "DESCRIBE").
