[Live-devel] How can I stream g711(ulaw PCM) audio via RTP? There is no demo application for this.

There's no demo application specifically for streaming uLaw PCM, but 
you can get hints from the "testWAVAudioStreamer" application.  In 
particular, use a "SimpleRTPSink" to send RTP packets.
