[Live-devel] where is doGetNextFrame() of MPEG4VideoStreamFramer class

All subclasses of "FramedSource" must provide an implementation of 
the virtual function "doGetNextFrame()".

For the "MPEG4VideoStreamFramer" class, that implementation occurs in 
its parent class "MPEGVideoStreamFramer" (see 
"MPEGVideoStreamFramer.cpp").
